Per the County of Los Angeles PROOF OF VACCINATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL VENDORS (this includes your employees/staff). If anyone has a valid Medical/Religious exemption they must show proof weekly that they have tested negative within 72 hours of starting their work week.
Certificate of Insurance (COI) REQUIRED. Proof must be provided prior to the event. One million ($1,000,000) per occurrence; $2,000,000 aggregate limit. Auto Liability required to drive into event premises to load and teardown.

LA Fall Fair Vendor Application
ALL APPLICATIONS require a 50% deposit to be paid within 48 hours of approval.
Entries will be accepted until October 14, 2022 or until the Vendor block is full.
